Ahead of businesses being able to re-open the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism and the Ministry of Health
have published a Protocol and guide of good practices aimed at commercial activity in a physical and non-sedentary establishment.

The Government guide contains the protection measures that must be applied by all types of commercial establishments, from bars, restaurants,
small stores to large stores, and in all sectors of commercial activity such as textiles, footwear, technology, telephony, furniture,
household appliances or any other.

It is necessary that, before reopening, a review of the air conditioning installation is undertaken to ensure cleanliness, the
change of filters if necessary and the adjustments of the ventilation parameters (flow rates, operating periods, contribution of
outside air, direction of air inside etc).

Our CovidCare service has been specifically created to help you through this protocol. We have a team of Junta de Andalucia approved
Air Conditioning engineers, fully legal who can undertake everything required giving you peace of mind and safety for you, your
employees and your customers. We understand times are tight for many businesses which is why we have reduced our normal prices for
this period. Our services, include time and travel and all chemicals, labour, replacement filters where needed/possible and deep cleaning.

The document can be downloaded here in English and here in Spanish.
